Harry A. Reichner is a paralegal at the firm of Cozen O’Connor, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Reichner focuses on real estate, finance, corporate, and transactional matters for clients ranging from individuals to start-up businesses, privately held companies and publicly traded, multi-national corporations. Prior to Cozen O’Connor, Mr. Reichner was a paralegal with Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP’s Real Estate and Finance Department and also with Campbell Rocco Law LLC, a boutique law firm serving O’Neill Properties group of companies. Mr. Reichner focused on all legal and transactional functions relating to O’Neill’s various real estate development and business interests as well as administration of the firm.
Mr. Reichner began his career at Chicago Title Insurance Company where he progressed to the position of National Business Unit Coordinator. He worked with Chicago’s commercial clients to close large commercial real estate projects. Mr. Reichner then became a paralegal with the firm of Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter and Stein, P.C. assisting attorneys in the firm’s real estate, transactional, land use and zoning practice areas, where he focused in the areas of commercial real estate and the formation of business entities.
Mr. Reichner received both his Bachelor of Arts in German and his Master of Arts in Central and Eastern European Studies and Economics from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Reichner is an adjunct faculty member at Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania teaching courses in Paralegal Studies and Business Administration. Mr. Reichner also taught courses at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Reichner devotes his time to the PAP where he serves as President, as a member of the Board of Directors and chairs the Real Estate Committee. Mr. Reichner also serves as Secretary of the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations, a group comprised of eight Pennsylvania county paralegal associations.
Mr. Reichner has developed foreign language skills in German, Russian and Japanese, and is a practicing calligrapher.
Lyndora Patterson Tiller—Vice President
Lyndora Patterson Tiller is a Senior Paralegal Specialist in the Litigation Practice Group at Independence Blue Cross, LLC, assisting attorneys in employment law, immigration, insurance and litigation matters. She received her paralegal certificate from Main Line Paralegal Institute and has over 20 years of legal experience. Lyndora is a member of Sigma Tau Delta, an International English Honor Society and her name appears in the edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Ms. Patterson Tiller has been a member of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals since 2001. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Patterson Tiller currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals, as well as Chair of the Education Committee and Co-Chair of the Professional Development Committee. In addition, she sits on Delaware County Community College’s Paralegal Advisory Board. I
In previous years, Ms. Patterson Tiller was a member of PAP’s Litigation, Immigration, Medical Legal and Professional Development Committees. She also served as Board Advisor, Secretary, and Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors, co-chaired the Education Committee and is a Past President. In 2010, Lyndora was honored with a special award for her two terms of service as PAP’s President from 2008-2009 "in grateful appreciation for her outstanding, significant contributions as President of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals. " She served as an ex-officiomember of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association from 2008-2009 and received an award for invaluable and dedicated service to the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Board of Governors. Ms. Patterson Tiller has been published in The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals’ newsletter, The Philadelphia Forum, and The Legal Intelligencer. She has also served as a panelist for paralegal events at Peirce College and Widener University.
Tamika N. Way, MPA—Secretary
Tamika Way is a Paralegal with Mancheski & Bunker, House Counsel for Chubb Insurance Company, where Tamika specializes in products liability, general insurance defense and torts. Tamika has also worked in the areas of medical malpractice, business litigation, commercial litigation, school law and civil litigation.
Ms. Way received an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College, a B.A. in Business Administration concentrating on Legal Studies from Strayer University and a Master of Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Christine Flynn —Board Member
Christine Flynn is a Senior Litigation paralegal at Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. Ms. Flynn is 2018 Chair of the Pro Bono and Programs Committees, as well as Co Chair of the Professional Development Committee. She also serves as liaison to The Legal Intelligencer.
Ms. Flynn serves as Pro Bono Coordinator for the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) and Liaison to the American Bar Association (ABA) for the Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service as well as the Standing Committee for the State of the Paralegal Profession. She is a member of the Paralegal Studies Advisory Board at the Community College of Philadelphia. Ms. Flynn serves as a mentor to paralegal students and is involved in a variety of pro bono and community service activities including work with the Support Center for Child Advocates and Philadelphia VIP. She is a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) as well as a paralegal member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Ms. Flynn has authored numerous articles for various publications including The Legal Intelligencer, Paralegal Today and the National Paralegal Reporter and is currently serving as an on-line contributor at The Law.Com network for ALM. She has also presented various paralegal webinars for the National Business Institute (NBI) and the Institute of Paralegal Education (IPE).
Andrea Yannuzzi—Treasurer and Board Advisor
Andrea Yannuzzi is the 2017 Treasurer and Board Advisor for The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals. She is currently employed as a Paralegal with The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP in the area of insurance defense. Ms. Yannuzzi has over 20 years of paralegal experience. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and her Paralegal Certificate from the Philadelphia Institute. Ms. Yannuzzi has been an active member of PAP since 2010 and is a member of the Pro Bono Committee.
Alyson D. Poppiti, DCP - Board Member
Alyson received her B.A. in Political Science from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia and her paralegal certificate from Widener University School of Law, Legal Education Institute. She is currently a corporate paralegal with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP since 2005. Prior to her work at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP she worked at CT Corporation System for five years. She is also the tennis captain of the 3.5 Sets in the City USTA tennis league team. She has worked as the Head Hospitality Coordinator at Cornell’s Adult University coordinating all of the meals and events for the summer alumni program. Due to the fact that her father, Howard K. Tuck, Ph.D. ran for U.S. Congress for the 1st Representative District of West Virginia in 1988 and 1990, she has always been very active in Republican politics. She was the Regional Finance Representative on the Forbes’ 2000 Presidential Campaign. Not only did she raise $50,000 for the Steve Forbes’ Presidential Campaign through telephone solicitations but she also coordinated phone banks in Sioux City, Iowa and Keene, New Hampshire. She then was the Fundraising Coordinator for the Terry Spence for Governor Campaign (2000) and has assisted in coordinating the political campaigns of Congressman Michael N. Castle (1998), Mike Ramone for New Castle County President (2000), J. Dallas Winslow for State Senate (2002) Paul Pomeroy for the 23rd Representative District (2004), and for Thomas Kovach, Esq. (2008, 2010) for 6th Representative District. Alyson has held the following positions with the Delaware Paralegal Association: Programs Director from 2006-2008, the Vice President of DPA from2008-2010, President from 2011-2013 and from 2015-2016, and National Affairs Director in 2014. Alyson became a member of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals in January 2017.
Linda Lammendola- Board Member
Linda Lammendola is a paralegal at the law firm of White and Williams LLP concentrating in the areas of commercial insurance litigation and reinsurance matters. She was previously a paralegal for over 20 years at the law firm of Christie, Pabarue, Mortensen and Young, now Christie and Young, PC. Ms. Lammendola received her Bachelor and a Master of Liberal Arts degrees from Temple University. She obtained her Pa.C.P distinction in July of 2010 from the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations in the State of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Lammendola is currently a Member of the Peirce College Advisory Board for Legal Studies and a former elected member of the Board of the Peirce College Alumni Association (May 2014 through May 2017). Linda is currently a board member of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals as Assistant Secretary and Primary Representative for Keystone Alliance. Since April 2016, Linda is a member of the Women in eDiscovery Philadelphia Chapter.
