The Education Committee is proud to bring you our next Continuing Legal Education session!   On November 21, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. will present a session on “Maximizing the Impact of Depositions: Remote Strategies, AI Integration, and Video Techniques.”  A brief outline of the session is below.

      Remote vs. Onsite Depositions: Understand the pros and cons of each format and learn best practices for conducting effective remote depositions.

      Stenographic vs. Non-Stenographic Depositions: Explore the differences, benefits, and considerations when choosing between these methods.

      AI in Depositions: Discover how artificial intelligence and modern software are revolutionizing deposition analysis and transcript creation.

      Video Clipping Techniques: Learn when and how to use video clips of key testimony to strengthen motions, briefs, and reports.

Presenter:

Karl Seelbach is a litigator and partner at Doyle & Seelbach PLLC in Austin, Texas, and the founder of Skribe.ai. With extensive experience in leveraging technology in litigation, Karl provides valuable insights into modern deposition practices and the innovative use of AI and software tools in the legal profession.

This session has been NFPA approved for one credit and will be held on Zoom.
