The Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association is hosting a webinar presented by Denise Elliott, Esquire from McNees Wallace & Nurick, LLC.

Ms. Elliott will provide an overview of the PA Medical Marijuana Act and provisions specific to limitations on use in the workplace and protections for employees. She will discuss the interplay between the Medical Marijuana Act and the ADA and PHRA.  Lastly, she will provide a review of court cases, from courts within and outside of Pennsylvania, discussing the impact of medical marijuana legalization on zero tolerance drug testing policies.
